Hello, I'm Cole!
My pronouns are He/Him.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based in Dallas, Texas — a West Texas native, a former actor and artist, a former real estate and development professional, and a proud dog dad to two. I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of being truly seen and heard. Especially for those of us in the LGBTQ+ community, finding that kind of space can feel rare — and incredibly healing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I’m here to listen, to hold space, and to help you navigate whatever’s unfolding in your life — at your own pace, in your own words.

Whether you’re exploring your identity, struggling with anxiety, or simply craving a safe place to land, you’re not alone. I’m glad you’re here.

My Why Factor.
Chances are, you’re here because something inside you is asking for more — more space, more understanding, more truth. Maybe you’ve felt the sting of being misunderstood or unseen. I know I have. I’ve been on the other side of the screen, searching for someone who felt safe, someone who just gets it.

I know what it’s like to move through a world that doesn’t always make room for who we are — to navigate anxiety, internalized shame, and the heavy layers of rejection or feeling like we don't meet others expectations. I also know how transformative it can be to find a space where none of that needs to be explained. Where you’re not just accepted, but celebrated.

This is why I do this work. Because I believe that healing happens when we’re allowed to be our whole, honest selves — no masks, no performance, no shrinking.

Therapy, for me, isn’t about giving advice or fixing problems. It’s about walking with you as you reconnect with the strength and wisdom that’s already inside you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your story, feel what you need to feel, and begin to come home to yourself.

You deserve that. We all do.
